What our cover means in plain English
Insurance documents are dense, so here is what actually matters:
€6.5 million Public Liability
In the unlikely event our work causes accidental damage to your property — a cracked pane, a loose gutter bracket, water where it shouldn’t be — you are covered for up to €6.5 million per event. You are never left chasing anyone personally: the claim goes through our insurer.
€13 million Employer’s Liability
Our team is insured while working at your home or business. If one of our cleaners has an accident on your property, that is our responsibility and our insurer’s — as the homeowner or business owner, you carry zero liability.
€6.5 million Products Liability
Covers any damage arising from the products and materials we use on your property — cleaning solutions, equipment and fittings included.
Insured for work up to 11 metres
Our cover extends to work at heights of up to 11 metres — roughly three storeys — which comfortably covers every job we quote, including 3-storey period homes, Velux and roof skylights, and roof-level gutter, fascia and soffit work.
The details: underwritten by Lloyd’s Insurance Co S.A. via Thomond Underwriting Ltd (regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland), arranged through Arachas Corporate Broker Ltd, Dublin.
