Both exist for a reason, and we sell both, so this is not a pitch dressed as advice. It is the actual logic we talk through with new customers deciding between a single visit and a schedule.
What a One-Off Is For
The one-off — what we call an initial clean — is a restoration visit. Scrapers and fine steel wool on the stuck-on dirt, glass, frames and sills on every window, the property brought to a standard that is then easy to maintain. It is perfect before a sale, a letting, an occasion, or simply after a few years of neglect. Across the homes we serve it averages about €75 for exteriors, and it stands entirely on its own: no plan required, no upsell at the door.
What the Plan Is For
The service plan returns every 6 or 12 weeks to hold that standard — 6 for busy roads and the seafront, 12 for quieter streets, the reasoning laid out in how often windows should be cleaned. Recurring visits average around €65 and start from €30 for smaller homes, cheaper than the initial because the heavy work is already done. Plan customers also get 15% off interior cleaning when we are already at the house.
Do You Need to Do Anything Between Visits?
Honestly: no, and we would rather you did not. The intervals are set so the glass never falls below standard in the first place — the schedule holds the standard, not weekend touch-ups. If you find yourself wanting to clean between visits, your interval is wrong, and we would rather shorten it than have you up a ladder.
The Decision in One Line
Windows neglected or a specific date looming: one-off. Windows you want simply never to think about again: plan. Both are priced openly on the cost page, and both start with the same two-minute quote.
