It is the small awkward moment at the end of a job: the technician is packing up, the windows look great, and you are wondering whether you are supposed to offer something extra. Let us take the awkwardness out of it, from the company side of the doorstep.

The Straight Answer

There is no obligation to tip, and most of our customers do not. The price you agreed is the price of the job, the technician is paid properly for it, and nobody standing at your door is expecting an envelope. You will get exactly the same standard of work and the same cheerful service either way — that is rather the point of a fixed standard.

When Tips Do Happen

Some customers like to tip anyway, and of course it is appreciated. When it happens it is typically €5 to €10 on a job, occasionally more on very large properties where the team has been on site a good while. If you are a tipper by nature, that is the range that is normal — nobody needs to reach beyond it.

What We Value More Than a Tip

Honestly? A Google review. Two minutes of your time telling other people the job was done well does more for a small Dublin company than any tip could — it is how the next customer finds us. If a technician has impressed you, naming them in the review is the version they are proudest of. And if something was not right, telling us directly gets it fixed fastest; we walk the property with you at the end of every visit for exactly that reason, as we describe in what to expect from a visit.
